Tower Element definition

Tower Element means any building element that takes the form of an additional storey over and above the height limits that is permitted in certain precincts and is limited to:
Tower Element means the portion of the building above 8 storeys.
Tower Element means the portion of a building above the first 3 storeys from grade at the north façade (front).
