Total Working Capital definition

Total Working Capital means the Total Assets minus the Total Liabilities which amount may be positive or negative;
Total Working Capital means total current assets (but not including Cash and Intercompany Debt) of the Companies less total current liabilities of the Companies. The total current liabilities of the Companies shall include RTE's overdraft balance to ABN.
Total Working Capital means in respect of the Group on a consolidated basis, short- term non-interest bearing assets less (i) short-term non-interest bearing debt and (ii) loans drawn under Construction Financing plus Cash.

More Definitions of Total Working Capital

Total Working Capital shall be added to Section 1.01 of the Securities Purchase Agreement and shall mean “as of any date, an amount equal to the sum of (i) Total Adjusted Assets and (ii) Total Adjusted Liabilities, as such terms are used in Exhibit G hereto.”
Total Working Capital means an amount equal to the excess of (x) the aggregate book value of all of the accounts receivable, inventory, prepaid items, deposits and advances of the Division acquired by the Company and its subsidiaries as part of the Assets as of the opening of business on the first business day immediately following the Closing over (y) the aggregate current liabilities of the Division assumed by the Company at the Closing, determined as of the Closing Date in each case, as provided in Section 2.3.3 below.
