Total Unitholder Return definition

Total Unitholder Return means, with respect to any period, the total return to Unitholders on the Units calculated using cumulative distributions on a reinvested basis and the change in the trading price of the Units on the Exchange over such period;
Total Unitholder Return or “TUR” means for the Company and each entity in the Peer Group the number derived using the following formula:
Total Unitholder Return or TUR, means (i) the sum of (A) unit price appreciation (calculated as the closing price of the Units for the last business day of the Performance Period less the closing price of the Units for the first business day of the Performance Period), plus (B) cumulative distributions during the Performance Period, plus (C) any additional value or compensation received by unitholders such as units received from spinoffs, divided by (ii) the closing price of the Units on the first business day of the Performance Period, adjusted to take into account any unit splits, changes in capitalization or other similar events. Such determinations and adjustments shall be made by the Committee in its discretion.

Total Unitholder Return or “TUR” means for the Partnership and each entity in the Peer Group the number derived using the following formula: (End Unit PriceBeginning Unit Price) + Cumulative Cash Distributions Beginning Unit Price.
Total Unitholder Return is defined as the Ending Price minus the Beginning Price plus any distributions (cash or unit based on ex-distribution date) paid per unit over the Performance Period, with such distributions assumed to be reinvested in units on the ex-distribution date, the total of which is divided by the Beginning Price.
