Total Subscription Amount means the total amount payable by the Digital Signal Provider to the Broadcaster for each month. It shall be calculated by taking the subscription fee for each channel or bouquet of channels and multiplying the same by the number of subscribers for that channel or bouquet of channels, as the case may be, as reflected in the SMS of the Digital Signal Provider and by adding up the sums in respect of all channels and bouquets of channels covered under this Agreement.
Total Subscription Amount means the sum of all amounts set out against the name of each Subscriber in column (3) of Schedule 1 (Subscribers), being GBP 250,000,000 at the date of this Agreement.

For the purpose of the definition every television set connected to a set top box located within duly occupied residential flats, apartments, or other residential dwelling units located in single unit or multi-unit buildings or a place indicated for receiving the Subscribed Channels from the Affiliate shall be counted as onesubscriber. “Subscribed Channels” means the channels as described in Item (1)(A) and (1)(B) of Annexure A to this Agreement. “Subscriber Management System” or “SMS” means a system or device which stores the subscriber records and details with respect to name, address etc as well as information regarding the hardware being utilized by the subscriber, channels/bouquets of channels subscribed to by the subscriber, price of such channels or bouquets of channels as defined in the system, the activation / deactivation dates and time for any channel or bouquet of channels, a log of all actions performed on a subscriber’s record, invoices raised on each subscriber and the amounts paid by thesubscriber for each billing period. “Services” means Services referred in Clause 1.1 of Article 1 and describedappropriately in Annexure A of this Agreement. “Term” means the term of this Agreement as specified in clause 1.3 of Article 1. “Viewing Card” means the Broadcaster-approved viewing card to be used in conjunction with the IRD for the Affiliate to access and decode eachSubscribed Channel.
Total Subscription Amount means the Total Subscription Price increased bya surcharge described in Section 7.1.2 of this Prospectus, as applicable. “Unit” means a unit representing the rights of a Unitholder to a certain percentage of the Net Asset Value within its Class; each Unit belonging to a specific Class represents an equal interest in the Net Asset Value of such Class. “Unitholder” means a natural or legal person, which participates in the Fund in accordance with the Subscription Form and the Terms and Conditions. “USD” or “US Dollar” means the lawful currency of the United States of America. “Valuation Date” means the last Business Day of each calendar month and/or such other day or days as the Fund Manager may from time to time determine at its sole discretion.
Total Subscription Amount means the total amount payable for the Subscription of Shares (including commissions, handling charges or fees as stipulated in the terms and conditions applicable to the relevant IPO or rights Shares issued).

Under Rule 811(5), for the purpose of Rule 811, the discount of the Issue Price may be computed with reference to the weighted average price excluding declared distributions for trades done for the underlying units on the SGX-ST for the full market day on which the Subscription Agreement is signed, provided that the Sponsor is not entitled to the declared distributions.
Total Subscription Amount means the amount of U.S. Dollars and/or ETH (if permitted by the Sponsor) and any fees required to be transferred to the Trust by a Shareholder in connection with a Subscription.
