Total Pay definition

Total Pay means wages received for work performed at either the straight time or time and one-half and statutory holiday pay.
Total Pay for calculation of vacation pay shall include only wages paid for work performed, Weekly Indemnity insurance paid, WSIB paid, and previous Vacation Pay paid, excepting those employees who terminate their employment. On termination, these persons will be paid Vacation Pay based on their regular % of earnings, except that the "earnings" will not include previous Vacation Pay paid. Retirement on Pension or Death is not considered as termination.

Total Pay for any given year means the Participant’s salary and targeted cash bonus for such year.
