Total package means the total increase in salaries and benefits negotiated between the Association and the College. In the event that the entire $15,000 education fund is not used in any given fiscal year, the amount remaining does not carry forward to subsequent years.

Total package costing means that the costing tracks the total compensation that a district provides to its employees.
