Total package definition

Total package means the total increase in salaries and benefits negotiated between the Association and the College. In the event that the entire $15,000 education fund is not used in any given fiscal year, the amount remaining does not carry forward to subsequent years.
Total package and “Total Package increase” as used in this Agreement will include the on-the-check wage increase and contributions to benefit funds as defined in Articles 22.3, 22.4, 22.10, 22.11 and 22.12.

Total package costing means that the costing tracks the total compensation that a district provides to its employees. All salary and benefit items that represent cash outlays from the employer are included in the total package. NOTE: In teacher bargaining, the QEO law and QEO costing regulations alter the notion that all cash outlays appear in the costing.
