Total Loss definition

Total Loss means, in relation to a Ship:

Total Loss means any actual or constructive or arranged or agreed or compromised total loss or Compulsory Acquisition of the Vessel;

Total Loss means Your Vehicle is the subject of accidental or malicious damage, fire or theft to the extent that Your Vehicle is beyond economical repair and has been recorded and registered as salvage categories A, B, C or D and a claim is paid as full and final settlement under the Motor Insurance, or third party motor insurance company.

• LESSEE will notify LESSOR in writing within two (2) Business Days after a Total Loss Date of the Aircraft, Airframe or any Engine.

• Promptly after LESSOR's request following the occurrence of a partial loss or Total Loss of the Aircraft or an Engine, LESSEE will provide LESSOR with a copy of LESSEE's insurance policy.
