Total Liabilities to Tangible Net Worth Ratio means the ratio of all amounts that would be included as liabilities on a consolidated balance sheet of the Borrower, to Tangible Net Worth.
Total Liabilities to Tangible Net Worth Ratio means, with respect to each Person, the ratio of such Person’s (a) Total Liabilities to (b) Tangible Net Worth.
Total Liabilities to Tangible Net Worth Ratio shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.10.
