Total Fee definition

Total Fee means total fee as defined in regulation 4 ; and
Total Fee means the total amount payable to the Consultant for the provision of the Services as set out in Appendix A; and
Total Fee means the total compensation payable to the Consultant under the provisions of subdivisions (1), (2), (3) and (4) of this Section. The Total Fee shall be a negotiated lump sum and shall include any and all costs for subconsultants, telephone, postage, travel, meals, expressly provided in the Agreement, all of the services required to be provided by the Consultant hereunder shall be deemed to be covered by the Total Fee and the Consultant shall not be entitled to extra compensation or reimbursement of its expenses in providing the same.

Examples of Total Fee in a sentence

  • If any applicable law increases or decreases the rate of GST, then the Total Fee (inclusive of GST) will be increased or decreased in proportion to that increase or decrease in the rate of GST.

  • The Total Fee and any other payments to be made under these Conditions are inclusive of GST unless otherwise specified.

  • If no such fee has been published, the Client and NRL will negotiate in good faith as to the revised Total Fee for the Alternative Facility.

  • The Client warrants that it is authorised to give the credit card or direct debit account details provided, and that sufficient funds are available to pay the Total Fee to NRL.

  • NRL may at its sole discretion vary the Total Fee in respect of any Event to pass on to the Client any increase in costs in relation to the Corporate Hospitality Services which may arise from any change in the law relating to taxation.


More Definitions of Total Fee

Total Fee means the amount payable under these Terms and Conditions by the Client to FOHES, being the Ticket Price and any handling, processing or delivery fee or postage or courier charges; and
Total Fee means the sum calculated by the formula: Fee x Number of Clients ;
Total Fee means the sum of the Plan Fee and the Insurance Fee, as applicable. The Total Fee is exclusive of applicable taxes and levies.
Total Fee means the fee prescribed for a Full or Partial Service allowing for any adjustments as provided for in Annexure 1 to this Agreement.
Total Fee means the total fee payable by the Client to Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx University in consideration of the Booking.
Total Fee means the total amount of holding deposit plus the Buyer Fee.
Total Fee means the total fee advised by the Seller on an Order Confirmation (or otherwise) as being payable by the Client for the Tickets plus VAT or any other applicable taxes.
