Total Development Cost definition

Total Development Cost means the total of all costs incurred in the completion of a Development, all of which shall be subject to the review and approval by the Credit Underwriter and the Corporation pursuant to this rule chapter, and as further described in Rule 67-48.0075, F.A.C.
Total Development Cost means the sum of all anticipated or actual allowable development costs that are necessary to complete the proposed project.

Total Development Cost means the total of all costs incurred or to be incurred by the Project in acquiring, constructing, rehabilitating, and financing the Project. For purposes of calculating developer fees, Total Development Cost will be adjusted to exclude developer fees, consultant fees, commercial space construction costs, and all reserves.
