Total Debt to EBITDA Ratio definition

Total Debt to EBITDA Ratio means, as of the last day of any Fiscal Quarter, the ratio of (a) Total Debt as of that day minus the lesser of (i) Unrestricted Cash and (ii) $5,000,000 to (b) EBITDA for the Computation Period ending on that day.
Total Debt to EBITDA Ratio means, at any date of determination, the ratio of (a) Consolidated Total Debt as of such date to (b) Consolidated EBITDA for the period of four consecutive fiscal quarters of the Company ending on, or most recently ending as of, such date.
Total Debt to EBITDA Ratio means, for any Computation Period, the ratio of (a) Total Indebtedness as of the last day of such Computation Period, to (b) EBITDA for such Computation Period.
