Total Collections definition

Total Collections means, as to each Transferred Batch, the sum of all Collections, Repurchase Prices and Indemnified Amounts, but only to the extent that such Indemnified Amounts are received in lieu of Collections, distributed to and received by the Purchaser with respect thereto.
Total Collections means, with respect to the Purchased Receivables, the sum of all items booked in the Ledger in the Eligible Currency under Clauses 9 (a) to (d).
Total Collections means with respect to any Collection Period all amounts deposited in the Certificate Account relating to such Collection Period pursuant to Sections 14.2, 14.3 and 14.4.

Total Collections means with rexxxxx xx xxy Collection Period all amounts deposited in the Collection Account relating to such Collection Period pursuant to Sections 7.2, 7.3 and 7.4.
