Total Cash Payment definition

Total Cash Payment means the total money deposited by the Customer with the Dealer/Provider on or before the purchase of the Goods and/or Services on financing provided by Home Credit and may include one or more of the following:
Total Cash Payment is defined in Section 4.1.
Total Cash Payment refers to the aggregate value of all First-Round Checks sent to Participating Settlement Class Members pursuant to ¶ 2.2. The Total Cash Payment will equal $7,500,000.00.

  • Net Cash Payments means, with respect to any Disposition, the aggregate amount of all cash payments received by the Company and its Restricted Subsidiaries directly or indirectly in connection with such Disposition, whether at the time of such Disposition or after such Disposition under deferred payment arrangements or Investments entered into or received in connection with such Disposition (including, without limitation, Disposition Investments); provided that:
