Total Available Collections Amount definition

Total Available Collections Amount means, for any Payment Date, the sum of (a) the excess, if any, of (i) the sum of (A) the aggregate amount of Collections allocated to the Series 2014-1 Collection Account pursuant to Section 2.4(b) during the related Monthly Period, (B) the investment income on amounts on deposit in the Series 2014-1 Collection Account during such Monthly Period and (C) the investment income on amounts on deposit in the Series 2014-1 Interest and Expense Account during such Monthly Period transferred to the Series 2014-1 Collection Account on such Payment Date pursuant to Section 2.1(b) over (ii) the amount withdrawn from the Series 2014-1 Collection Account during such Monthly Period pursuant to Section 2.4(c), plus, (b) in the case of the earlier of (x) the Payment Date on June 17, 2016 or (y) the first Payment Date following the occurrence of an Amortization Event with respect to the Series 2014-1 Notes, the amount, if any, by which the amount on deposit in the Series 2014-1 Collection Account at the close of business on the last day of the related Monthly Period was greater than the amount described in clause (a) above.
Total Available Collections Amount means, for any Payment Date, the sum of (a) the excess, if any, of (i) the sum of (A) the aggregate amount of Collections allocated to the Series 2021-1 Collection Account pursuant to Section 2.4(b) during the related Monthly Period, (B) the investment income on amounts on deposit in the Series 2021-1 Collection Account during such Monthly Period and (C) the investment income on amounts on deposit in the Series 2021-1 Interest and Expense Account during such Monthly Period transferred to the Series 2021-1 Collection Account on such Payment Date pursuant to Section 2.1(b) over (ii) the amount withdrawn from the Series 2021-1 Collection Account during such Monthly Period pursuant to Section 2.2(a) and Section 2.4(c), plus, (b)(i) in the case of the Payment Date on June 17, 2024 so long as no Amortization Event with respect to the Series 2021-1 Notes has occurred prior to such Payment Date, the lesser of (x) any amounts on deposit in the Series 2021-1 Collection Account at the close of business on the last day of May 2024 that are attributable to Collections that were allocated to the Series 2021-1 Notes prior to May 1, 2024 and (y) the amount, if any, by which the Series 2021-1 Required Asset Amount on that Payment Date, calculated without taking into account any such amounts on deposit in the Series 2021-1 Collection Account and after giving effect to the application of the amounts available in accordance with Section 2.5(b)(vi) to pay the Series 2021-1 Notes Principal Payment Amount for that Payment Date, exceeds the Series 2021-1 Asset Amount on that Payment Date, or (ii) on the first Payment Date following the occurrence of an Amortization Event with respect to the Series 2021-1 Notes, the amount, if any, by which the amount on deposit in the Series 2021-1 Collection Account at the close of business on the last day of the related Monthly Period was greater than the amount described in clause (a) above.
Total Available Collections Amount means, for any Payment Date, the sum of (a) the excess, if any, of (i) the sum of (A) the aggregate amount of Collections allocated to the Series 2018-1 Collection Account pursuant to Section 2.4(b) during the related Monthly Period, (B) the investment income on amounts on deposit in the Series 2018-1 Collection Account during such Monthly Period and (C) the investment income on amounts on deposit in the Series 2018-1 Interest and Expense Account during such Monthly Period transferred to the Series 2018-1 Collection Account on such Payment Date pursuant to Section 2.1(b) over (ii) the amount withdrawn from the Series 2018-1 Collection Account during such Monthly Period pursuant to Section 2.2(a) and Section 2.4(c), plus, (b)(i) in the case of the Payment Date on May 18, 2020 so long as no Amortization Event with respect to the Series 2018-1 Notes has occurred prior to such Payment Date, the lesser of (x) any amounts on deposit in the Series 2018-1 Collection Account at the close of business on the last day of April 2020 that are attributable to Collections that were allocated to the Series 2018-1 Notes prior to April 1, 2020 and (y) the amount, if any, by which the Series 2018-1 Required Asset Amount on that Payment Date, calculated without taking into account any such amounts on deposit in the Series 2018-1 Collection Account and after giving effect to the application of the amounts available in accordance with Section 2.5(b)(vi) to pay the Offered Series 2018-1 Notes Principal Payment Amount for that Payment Date, exceeds the Series 2018-1 Asset 26 Amount on that Payment Date, or (ii) on the first Payment Date following the occurrence of an Amortization Event with respect to the Series 2018-1 Notes, the amount, if any, by which the amount on deposit in the Series 2018-1 Collection Account at the close of business on the last day of the related Monthly Period was greater than the amount described in clause (a) above.

More Definitions of Total Available Collections Amount

Total Available Collections Amount means, for any Payment Date, the sum of (a) the excess, if any, of (i) the sum of (A) the aggregate amount of Collections allocated to the Series 2023‑1 Collection Account pursuant to Section 2.4(b) during the related Monthly Period, (B) the investment income on amounts on deposit in the Series 2023‑1 Collection Account during such Monthly Period and (C) the investment income on amounts on deposit in the Series 2023‑1 Interest and Expense Account during such Monthly Period transferred to the Series 2023‑1 Collection Account on such Payment Date pursuant to Section 2.1(b) over (ii) the amount withdrawn from the Series 2023‑1 Collection Account during such Monthly Period pursuant to Section 2.2(a) and Section 2.4(c), plus, (b)(i) in the case of the Payment Date on September 17, 2026 so long as no Amortization Event with respect to the Series 2023‑1 Notes has occurred prior to such Payment Date, the lesser of (x) any amounts on deposit in the Series 2023‑1 Collection Account at the close of business on the last day of August 2026 that are attributable to Collections that were allocated to the Series 2023‑1 Notes prior to August 1, 2026 and (y) the amount, if any, by which the Series 2023‑1 Required Asset Amount on that Payment Date, calculated without taking into account any such amounts on deposit in the Series 2023‑1 Collection Account and after giving effect to the application of the amounts available in accordance with Section 2.5(b)(vi) to pay the Series 2023‑1 Notes Principal Payment Amount for that Payment Date, exceeds the Series 2023‑1 Asset Amount on that Payment Date, or (ii) on the first Payment Date following the occurrence of an Amortization Event with respect to the Series 2023‑1 Notes, the amount, if any, by which the amount on deposit in the Series 2023‑1 Collection Account at the close of business on the last day of the related Monthly Period was greater than the amount described in clause (a) above.

Related to Total Available Collections Amount

  • Total Available Funds shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.7(a).

  • Total Available Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the Available Interest and the Available Principal for such Distribution Date and the amount of all cash or other immediately available funds on deposit in the Reserve Account immediately prior to such Distribution Date.

  • Excess Concentration Amount means, on any date of determination, the sum of, without duplication,

  • Unpaid Realized Loss Amount With respect to any Class A Certificates and as to any Distribution Date, is the excess of Applied Realized Loss Amounts with respect to such Class over the sum of all distributions in reduction of the Applied Realized Loss Amounts on all previous Distribution Dates. Any amounts distributed to the Class A Certificates in respect of any Unpaid Realized Loss Amount shall not be applied to reduce the Certificate Principal Balance of such Class.

  • Excess Cash Flow Percentage 50%; provided that the Excess Cash Flow Percentage shall be reduced to (a) 25% if the Consolidated Total Leverage Ratio as of the last day of the relevant fiscal year is not greater than 3.75 to 1.00 and (b) to 0% if the Consolidated Total Leverage Ratio as of the last day of the relevant fiscal year is not greater than 2.25 to 1.00.

  • Available Equity Amount means a cumulative amount equal to (without duplication):

  • Net Monthly Excess Cashflow With respect to each Distribution Date, the sum of (a) any Overcollateralization Release Amount for such Distribution Date and (b) the excess of (x) Available Funds for such Distribution Date over (y) the sum for such Distribution Date of (A) the Monthly Interest Distributable Amounts for the Class A Certificates and the Mezzanine Certificates, (B) the Unpaid Interest Shortfall Amounts for the Class A Certificates and (C) the Principal Remittance Amount.

  • Maximum Contribution Amount shall equal the excess of (i) the aggregate proceeds received by such Holder pursuant to the sale of such Registrable Notes or Exchange Notes over (ii) the aggregate amount of damages that such Holder has otherwise been required to pay by reason of such untrue or alleged untrue statement or omission or alleged omission. No person guilty of fraudulent misrepresentation (within the meaning of Section 11(f) of the Securities Act) shall be entitled to contribution from any Person who was not guilty of such fraudulent misrepresentation. The Holders’ obligations to contribute pursuant to this Section 8(d) are several in proportion to the respective principal amount of the Registrable Securities held by each Holder hereunder and not joint. The Company’s and Subsidiary Guarantors’ obligations to contribute pursuant to this Section 8(d) are joint and several. The indemnity and contribution agreements contained in this Section 8 are in addition to any liability that the Indemnifying Parties may have to the Indemnified Parties.

  • Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage means, with respect to the July 2008 Transfer Date and each Transfer Date thereafter, the percentage equivalent of a fraction the numerator of which is the sum of the Excess Available Funds Percentages with respect to the immediately preceding three Monthly Periods and the denominator of which is three.

  • Retained Excess Cash Flow Amount means, at any date of determination, an amount, determined on a cumulative basis, that is equal to the aggregate cumulative sum of the Excess Cash Flow that is not required to be applied as a mandatory prepayment under Section 2.11(b)(i) for all Excess Cash Flow Periods ending after the Closing Date and prior to such date; provided that such amount shall not be less than zero for any Excess Cash Flow Period.

  • Applied Loss Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which (x) the aggregate Certificate Principal Amount of the Certificates after giving effect to all Realized Losses incurred with respect to the Mortgage Loans during the related Collection Period and distributions of principal on such Distribution Date, but before giving effect to any application of the Applied Loss Amount with respect to such date, exceeds (y) the Pool Balance for such Distribution Date.

  • Applied Realized Loss Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which, the sum of (i) the Aggregate Certificate Principal Balance and (ii) the Class C Certificate Principal Balance after distributions of principal on such Distribution Date exceeds the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of such Distribution Date.

  • Class B Available Funds means, with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Class B Floating Percentage of the Reallocated Investor Finance Charge Collections and (b) if such Monthly Period relates to a Distribution Date with respect to the Controlled Accumulation Period, the Class B Floating Percentage of the Principal Funding Account Investment Proceeds, if any, with respect to such Distribution Date.

  • Overconcentration Amount means as of any date of calculation of the Effective Leverage Ratio for the Fund, an amount equal to the sum of (without duplication):

  • Excess Available Funds Percentage means, with respect to any Transfer Date, the amount, if any, by which the Portfolio Yield for the preceding Monthly Period exceeds the Base Rate for such Monthly Period.

  • FX Reduction Amount is defined in Section 2.1.3.

  • Allocation Amount means, as of the Closing Date, the Series 2017-1 Stated Principal Amount and on any date of determination thereafter, the sum of, without duplication, (a) the Allocation Amount determined as of the later of the Closing Date or the date of determination immediately prior to the then current date of determination, plus (b) the amount of all increases in the Series 2017-1 Stated Principal Amount resulting from the issuance of additional Series 2017-1 Notes since the prior date of determination, plus (c) all reimbursements, as provided in Section 4.04(e) or otherwise, of reductions in the Allocation Amount due to Investor Charge-Offs or Reallocated Principal Collections since the prior date of determination, minus (d) the amount of the reduction in the Allocation Amount due to Investor Charge-Offs since the prior date of determination, determined as set forth in Section 4.07, minus (e) the amount of the reduction in the Allocation Amount due to the application of Reallocated Principal Collections since the prior date of determination, determined as set forth in Section 4.08, minus (f) the amount deposited into the Principal Funding Account or (without duplication) deposited into the Distribution Account pursuant to Section 4.05(c) or paid to the Series 2017-1 Noteholders (in each case, after giving effect to any deposits, allocations, reallocations or withdrawals to be made on that day) since the prior date of determination; provided, however, that (1) the Allocation Amount may never be less than zero, (2) the Allocation Amount may never be greaterthan the Adjusted Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount and (3) if there is a sale of Collateral in accordance with Section 4.14, the Allocation Amount will be reduced to zero upon such sale.

  • Reduction Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(b)(viii).

  • Net Monthly Excess Cash Flow For any Distribution Date the amount remaining for distribution pursuant to subsection 4.02(a)(iii) (before giving effect to distributions pursuant to such subsection).

  • Broken Amount means, in respect of any Interest Payment Date, the amount specified in the relevant Final Terms.
