Total Available Amount definition

Total Available Amount. With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the Available Interest and the Available Principal for such Distribution Date and the amount of all cash or other immediately available funds on deposit in the Reserve Account immediately prior to such Distribution Date.

Total Available Amount means, for each Distribution Date, the sum of the aggregate collections in respect of Receivables (including any Liquidation Proceeds, any Purchase Amounts paid by the Depositor, CFSC or the Servicer and any amounts received from Dealers with respect to Receivables) received during the related Collection Period and Investment Earnings on the Trust Accounts during such Collection Period, but shall not include any payments or proceeds (including any Liquidation Proceeds and any amounts received from Dealers with respect to Receivables) of (i) any Receivables the Purchase Amount of which has been included in the Total Available Amount in a prior Collection Period, (ii) any Liquidated Receivable after and to the extent of the reassignment of such Liquidated Receivable by the Trust to the Depositor in accordance with Section 4.02 and (iii) any Additional Servicing Compensation.
