Top Vendors definition

Top Vendors has the meaning specified in Section 4.28(a).
Top Vendors has the meaning set forth in Section 3.10(a)(v).
Top Vendors means a top ten (10) vendor of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries based on expenditures during the nine (9) months ended December 31, 2010, as set forth in Section 8.11(g) of the Company Disclosure Schedule.

  • Vendors means the proposer(s) responding to this RFP and vendor(s) to whom a contract has been awarded as a result of this RFP by SMSD. A responsible vendor is a vendor who has adequate financial resources (or the ability to obtain such resources), can comply with the delivery requirements, and is a qualified and established firm regularly engaged in the type of business that provides the product(s) /service(s) listed herein.

  • Group Companies means the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Buyer’s Group means the Buyer, any subsidiary of the Buyer, any holding company of the Buyer and any subsidiary of any holding company of the Buyer, from time to time.

  • Purchaser’s Group means the Purchaser and its Affiliates from time to time;

  • Acquired Companies means, collectively, the Company and the Company Subsidiaries.

  • Purchaser Personnel means the Purchasers’, and each Purchaser’s Affiliates’, officers, directors (or their equivalent), employees, agents, and contractors of any kind.
