Top Executive definition

Top Executive means each of the following:
Top Executive means the Secretary and other person or persons defined and referred to in Section 41B (1) of the Registered Clubs Act 1976 as amended.
Top Executive means the top executive or officer of the Corporation, whatever title held or the officer acting in that role.
