Tolls and Fees definition

Tolls and Fees means all Tolls and Fees and any other payments, amounts or charges referred to in these RMS Terms and Conditions.

Examples of Tolls and Fees in a sentence

  • Unless otherwise indicated, all Tolls and Fees are inclusive of GST.

  • You remain responsible at all times for the acts and omissions of any Authorised Driver, any other person using the Vehicle or any Authorised Representative using or operating Your E-Toll Facility, including for any Tolls and Fees they incur.

  • If You do use another tag or electronic or video tolling product, You will still be charged Tolls and Fees by RMS under these RMS Terms and Conditions and You may be charged other amounts by the provider of the other tag or electronic or video tolling product used.

  • Your E-Toll Facility is provided by RMS to You to enable You to pay Tolls and Fees relating to the E-Toll System in accordance with these RMS Terms and Conditions.

  • If the Tag or the Vehicle is lost or stolen and You have immediately informed Avis, You will not be liable for Tolls and Fees incurred by that Tag or Vehicle from the time that You have informed Avis.

  • You acknowledge and agree that Tolls and Fees incurred by Vehicles for Trips on Toll Roads are a debt due and payable by You to Linkt.

  • RMS will issue Your RMS Charge Account Holder with a monthly invoice recording all Tolls and Fees incurred or, where applicable, notified to RMS by a toll road operator.

  • You must immediately provide RMS with updated or alternate payment method details if the RMS Charge Account is cancelled or altered or if You are no longer authorised to incur Tolls and Fees on that RMS Charge Account.

  • Your E-Toll Facility is provided by the RTA to You to enable You to pay Tolls and Fees relating to the E-Toll System in accordance with these RTA Terms and Conditions.

  • If You do use another tag or electronic or video tolling product, You will still be charged Tolls and Fees by the RTA under these RTA Terms and Conditions and You may be charged other amounts by the provider of the other tag or electronic or video tolling product used.

  • Tuition and fees means undergraduate tuition and services

  • Front End Fees means fees and expenses paid by any party for any services rendered to organize the Company and to acquire assets for the Company, including Organization and Offering Expenses, Acquisition Fees, Acquisition Expenses, and any other similar fees, however designated by the Board.

  • Costs and fees means all reasonable pre-award expenses of the arbitration, including the arbitrators' fees, administrative fees, travel expenses, out-of-pocket expenses such as copying and telephone, court costs, witness fees and attorney's fees. Upon the request of a party, the arbitrators' award shall include findings of fact and conclusion of law. The arbitrators shall provide copies of such award to the parties. Any award may be entered by the prevailing party in any court of competent jurisdiction.

  • Fees means all amounts payable pursuant to, or referred to in, Section 4.1.

  • Ancillary Fees With respect to any Serviced Loan, any and all demand fees, beneficiary statement charges, fees for insufficient or returned checks and other usual and customary charges and fees (other than Modification Fees, Consent Fees, Penalty Charges, Assumption Fees, assumption application fees and defeasance fees) actually received from the related Mortgagor.

  • Support Fees means the fees, if any, payable by the State for Maintenance and Support Services as set forth in the Maintenance and Support Schedule.

  • Reasonable and Customary Charges means the charges for services or supplies, which are the standard charges for the specific provider and consistent with the prevailing charges in the geographical area for identical or similar services, taking into account the nature of the illness / injury involved.

  • Carriage Fee means any fee payable by a Broadcaster to the DPO only for the purpose of carrying its television channels through the DPO’s network, without, specifying the placement of such channels onto a specific position in the Electronic Programme Guide or, seeking assignment of a particular number to such channels;

  • Impact Fees means those fees imposed so that developments bear a proportionate share of the cost of public facilities and service improvements that are reasonably related to the impacts and burdens of the Project, adopted pursuant to Morgan Hill Municipal Code Chapter 3.56 and California Government Code Section 66001 et seq.

  • Training costs means reasonable costs incurred to upgrade the technological skills of Full-Time Employees in Illinois and includes: curriculum development; training materials (including scrap product cost); trainee domestic travel expenses; instructor costs (including wages, fringe benefits, tuition and domestic travel expenses); rent, purchase or lease of training equipment; and other usual and customary training cots. “Training costs” do not include, except where the Company receives prior written approval of the Department, costs associated with travel outside the United States, wages and fringe benefits of employees during periods of training, administrative costs related to Full-Time Employees of the Taxpayer, or amounts paid to an affiliate of the Company.

  • Property Expenses means the costs (including, but not limited to, payroll, taxes, assessments, insurance, utilities, landscaping and other similar charges) of operating and maintaining any Eligible Property or Property which secures Other Recourse Debt that are the responsibility of the Borrower or the applicable Material Subsidiary that are not paid directly by any Tenant, but excluding depreciation, amortization, interest costs and maintenance capital expenditures.

  • Reasonable Costs means the reasonable actual costs and expenses incurred by us in carrying out any further Audit under this Contract, including, but not limited to, reasonable travel and subsistence costs;

  • Credit Party Expenses means, without limitation, (a) all reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred by the Agents and their respective Affiliates, in connection with this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, including without limitation (i) the reasonable fees, charges and disbursements of (A) counsel for the Agents, (B) outside consultants for the Agents, (C) appraisers, (D) commercial finance examiners, and (E) without duplication of any amounts reimbursed pursuant to the foregoing subclauses (i) (A) – (D), all such reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred during any workout, restructuring or negotiations in respect of the Secured Obligations, (ii) in connection with (A) the syndication of the credit facilities provided for herein, (B) the administration and management of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents or the preparation, negotiation, execution and delivery the Loan Documents or of any amendments, modifications or waivers of the provisions thereof (whether or not the transactions contemplated thereby shall be consummated), (C) the enforcement or protection of their rights in connection with this Agreement or the Loan Documents or efforts to preserve, protect, collect, or enforce the Collateral or in connection with any proceeding under any Debtor Relief Laws, or (D) without duplication of any amounts reimbursed pursuant to the foregoing subclause (ii)(C), any workout, restructuring or negotiations in respect of any Secured Obligations, and (b) with respect to any LC Issuer, and its Affiliates, all reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred in connection with the issuance, amendment, renewal or extension of any Letter of Credit or any demand for payment thereunder; and (c) all reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred by the Credit Parties who are not the Agents, an LC Issuer or any Affiliate of any of them, after the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default, including, without limitation, in connection with any workout, restructuring or negotiations in respect of the Secured Obligations, or enforcement or protection of their rights or efforts to preserve, protect, collect, or enforce the Collateral or in connection with any proceeding under any Debtor Relief Laws, provided, that such Credit Parties shall be entitled to reimbursement for no more than one counsel representing all such Credit Parties (absent a conflict of interest in which case the Credit Parties may engage and be reimbursed for additional counsel). All Credit Party Expenses shall be payable on written demand therefor accompanied by reasonable documentation with respect to any reimbursement, indemnification or other amount requested.

  • Wharfage means the basic dues recoverable on all cargo/ container landed or shipped or transshipped within the port limits or passing through the declared landing stage of the port, whether porterage was provided by the port or not.

  • Professional Fees means amounts billed or to be billed to a client for legal services provided or to be provided to the client by the lawyer or the lawyer’s firm;

  • chargeable means, as applied to an instrument executed or first executed after the commencement of this Act, chargeable under this Act, and as applied to any other instrument chargeable under the law in force in the territories of the 1[State of Karnataka]1 when such instrument was executed or, where several persons executed the instrument at different times, first executed;

  • Pupil fee means a fee, deposit or other charge imposed on pupils, or a pupil’s parents or guardians, in violation of Section 49011 of the Education Code and Section 5 of Article IX of the California Constitution, which require educational activities to be provided free of charge to all pupils without regard to their families’ ability or willingness to pay fees or request special waivers, as provided for in Hartzell v. Connell (1984) 35 Cal.3d 899. A pupil fee includes, but is not limited to, all of the following:

  • Sales Taxes means any sales, use, consumption, goods and services, value added or similar tax, duty or charge imposed pursuant to Applicable Law.

  • Taxicab driver means an individual who uses a taxicab to provide transportation services to potential passengers.

  • Health care expenses means, for purposes of Section 14, expenses of health maintenance organizations associated with the delivery of health care services, which expenses are analogous to incurred losses of insurers.

  • VAT means Value Added Tax

  • Production Costs means those costs and expenditures incurred in carrying out Production Operations as classified and defined in Section 2 of the Accounting Procedure and allowed to be recovered in terms of Section 3 thereof.

  • SLDC Charges means the charges levied by the SLDC of the state wherein the Solar Power Project is located;

  • Cure Costs means any and all amounts, costs or expenses that must be paid or actions that must be performed pursuant to Sections 365(b) and (f) of the Bankruptcy Code in connection with assignment and assumption of any Service Contract, as ultimately determined by the Bankruptcy Court.

  • Allowable Costs means the costs defined as allowable in 42 CFR, Chapter IV, Part 413, as amended to October 1, 2007, except for the purposes of calculating direct medical education costs, where only the reported costs of the interns and residents are allowed. Further, costs are allowable only to the extent that they relate to patient care; are reasonable, ordinary, and necessary; and are not in excess of what a prudent and cost-conscious buyer would pay for the given service or item.

  • Unpaid Charges means any charges billed to the Non-Paying Party that the Non-Paying Party did not render full payment to the Billing Party by the Bill Due Date, including where funds were not accessible.
