Tobacco Companies means The American Tobacco Co., Lorillard Tobacco Co., Philxx Xxxrxx Xxx., R.J. Xxxxxxxx Xxxacco Co., Browx & Xillxxxxxx Xxxacco Corp., Liggxxx xxx United States Tobacco Co. and/or their respective Affiliates.
Tobacco Companies means the Defendants.

  • Portfolio Companies means any Person in which any Fund owns or has made, directly or indirectly, an investment.
