Tobacco Commission definition

Tobacco Commission means the Virginia Tobacco Region Revitalization Commission, a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia, as created in Chapter 31 of Title 3.2 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended.

Within thirty (30) days after such domestication, the Company shall cause the Affiliated Entity, if any, to execute a joinder certificate in the form reasonably satisfactory to RIFA's counsel, under which the Affiliated Entity joins this Agreement as a party and agrees to be bound by the same terms and conditions of this Agreement to the same extent as the Company is bound, without duplication. The Subsidiary and the Affiliated Entity, if any, shall be in good standing with the Virginia State Corporation Commission and authorized to transact business in Virginia throughout the balance of the Performance Period.
