TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the Grantor's rights, titles, and interests in and to the Personalty, Leases and Intangible Property, unto the said Grantee, its successors and assigns, forever. Grantor agrees to warrant and defend title in and to the Personalty, the Leases and the Intangible Property unto Grantee, its successors and assigns, against all persons claiming the same by, through or under Grantor, but not otherwise. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the Partial WAP LP Interest of WNGL unto GP LLC, its successors and assigns, together with all and singular the rights and appurtenances thereto in anywise belonging, subject, however, to the terms and conditions stated in this Agreement, forever.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the herein granted and bargained Premises, with the appurtenances thereof, unto the Grantee, its successors and assigns forever, to its and their proper use and behoof.   • Exclusive use means the sole use by a single consignor of a conveyance for which all initial, intermediate, and final loading and unloading are carried out in accordance with the direction of the consignor or consignee.
