TNC Vehicle definition

TNC Vehicle means a motor vehicle with a capacity to carry a maximum of eight (8) passengers, plus the driver, that is used by a TNC Driver to provide transportation services that are offered or facilitated by a Transportation Network Company.

TNC Vehicle means Transportation Network Company vehicle, as defined in Section 627.748(g), Florida Statutes.

TNC Vehicle means a personal vehicle used by a TNC driver to provide transportation services arranged through a TNC’s digital network.

Examples of TNC Vehicle in a sentence

• At no time shall any TNC Vehicle or TNC Driver enter and remain staged in the TNC Holding Area without an activated Digital Network.

• If TNC Driver must park or leave their TNC Vehicle, they shall park in a public parking facility.

• Without limiting the generality of the preceding sentence, this prohibition includes: a) posting any rates or transportation fares on the TNC Vehicle; b) any advertising of cigarettes or tobacco products, including electronic cigarettes on the TNC Vehicle ; and/or c) vehicle wrapping or other method of using the exterior of a TNC Vehicle to advertise or promote goods or services.

• TNC Drivers shall not operate a TNC Vehicle in an unsafe condition or manner.

• City gives Licensee, during the Term and on a non- exclusive basis, the right to allow TNC Drivers in their approved TNC Vehicle to transport passengers with their personal baggage into and out of Airport premises in accordance with Licensee's rights and duties under this TNC License agreement.

More Definitions of TNC Vehicle

TNC Vehicle means a vehicle as defined in The Vehicles for Hire Act and used to provide vehicle-for-hire service;

TNC Vehicle means any Vehicle, whether or not it is carrying an Airport Customer, that it is operating at the time by reason of its relationship with the TNC

TNC Vehicle means any vehicle driven by a TNC driver to offer and/or provide TNC services.

TNC Vehicle means a Motor Vehicle being used or driven by a TNC Driver; and “Taxicab” has the meaning given to it in Taxi Licensing Commission By-LawNumber 2, being “A By-Law Respecting the Taxi Licensing Commission of The Corporation of the City of Kingston and the Corporation of the Township of Loyalist”.1.2 For the purposes of interpreting this by-law:
