Title Warranty definition

Title Warranty means each of the specific warranties contained in clause 14.3 and in paragraph 2 of Annexure B, and “Title Warranties” shall mean all of them as the context may require;

More Definitions of Title Warranty

Title Warranty means each of the representations and warranties set out in Section 3.1 to 3.5 (inclusive), Section 4.1 to Section 4.6 (inclusive) of this Agreement.
