Title Transfer Point definition

Title Transfer Point means the last point where the LNG Ship is entirely outside the territorial waters (or the EEZ, if applicable) of the country where the Discharge Port is located;
Title Transfer Point means the paper point at which a title transfer to Working Gas may occur as described in Section 6. For purposes of this Operating Statement such point is deemed to be Mist.
