Title Report definition

Title Report has the meaning set forth in Section 5.4(b).

Examples of Title Report in a sentence

  • To Seller’s Knowledge, other than the Leases and any other matters disclosed in the Title Report, there are no leases, licenses or other occupancy agreements to which Seller is a party or is bound affecting any portion of the Property as of the date hereof, which will be in force on the Closing Date.

More Definitions of Title Report

Title Report means the written analysis of the status of title to real property, including a property description, names of titleholders and how title is held (joint tenancy, etc.), encumbrances (mortgages, liens, deeds of trusts, recorded judgments), and real property taxes due.
Title Report means a certificate of title or title report issued by the Title Insurer to Buyer with respect to the Property and which shall disclose, and shall have attached to it copies of all matters of record shown in such title report affecting the Property.
