Title II Services definition

Title II Services are those services provided by the Subconsultant after the award of the contract for the construction of the Project consisting primarily of services during the construction of the Project.

Title II Services are those services provided by the Consultant after the award of the contract for the construction of the Project, consisting primarily of engineering services during the construction of the Project. “Title II Services Ceiling Price”. Examples of Title II Services in a sentence

  • A/E compensation for performing these services shall be included as part of the Title I and Title II Services, as applicable.

  • Application Services means the hosted applications and related services as described in Exhibit A.
