Title I Services are those services provided by the Consultant before the award of the contract for the construction of the Project, consisting primarily of engineering services for the planning or design of the Project. “Title I Services Ceiling Price.” The Title I Services Ceiling Price for this Agreement is $ ______________. Examples of Title I Services in a sentence

  • Section 2.1 The A/E shall perform the Scope of Work in accordance with the Scope of Work Title I Services and Title II Services (Exhibit A) and the A/E’s Technical Proposal (Exhibit B).
