Title Document definition

Title Document means, with respect to any Financed Vehicle, the certificate of title for, or other evidence of ownership of, such Financed Vehicle issued by the Registrar of Titles in the jurisdiction in which such Financed Vehicle is registered.

For Financed Vehicles registered in the State of California, Title Document may consist of electronic evidence of ownership on the Electronic Lien and Title system of the California Department of Motor Vehicles.

Examples of Title Document in a sentence

  • Buyer has until the earlier of Closing or ten days after receipt of such documents by Buyer to review and object to: (1) any required Title Document not timely received by Buyer, (2) any change to the Abstract of Title, Title Commitment or Title Documents, or (3) any endorsement to the Title Commitment.

More Definitions of Title Document

Title Document means any present or future original, duplicate or counterpart:
Title Document means the title document or title deed relating to the Property;
Title Document means a document indicating title to a unit which is registerable under the Registered Land Act;

Title Document with respect to any Auto Loan and the related Financed Vehicle, either (a) the certificate of title for, or other evidence of a security interest in (including, without limitation, dealer guaranty or proof of application for notice of lien), such Financed Vehicle or (b) with respect to any jurisdiction in which the certificate of title or other evidence of ownership is not issued to the holder of a lien, evidence of the security interest in the Financed Vehicle, in each case issued by the department of motor vehicles or other appropriate Governmental Authority in the jurisdiction in which such Financed Vehicle or the Obligor is located.
Title Document means any original, duplicate or counterpart certificate or document of title, including any share certificate.
