Tipping Fees definition

Tipping Fees means the fees levied and collectedby the City, for solid wastedeposited at the Solid Waste Site;

More Definitions of Tipping Fees

Tipping Fees means the fees established at the Facility for the handling and disposal of County Waste and other Solid Waste, as determined by the Company pursuant to the provisions of Section 6 of this Agreement.
