Timeshare Documents definition

Timeshare Documents means all Timeshare Agreements, Consumer Documents and Timeshare Collateral Documents.

Timeshare Documents means all documents executed by a purchaser of Points.

More Definitions of Timeshare Documents

Timeshare Documents means the Declaration governing a Resort, the articles of incorporation and bylaws for a Timeshare Owners’ Association, and any registration statement required under any Timeshare Laws approving the establishment and operation of the Resorts and the sales of Timeshare Interests.

Timeshare Documents means any registration statement required under any Timeshare Act approving the establishment and operation of the Resorts and the sales of Intervals, as well as the Declaration and all other documents related to the creation and operation of the Resort.
