Except as provided for in paragraph 350 (Holiday Compensation for Time Worked) persons employed for holiday work only, or persons employed on a part-time work schedule which is less than twenty (20) hours in a biweekly pay period or persons employed on an intermittent part-time work schedule (not regularly scheduled) or persons on leave without pay status both immediately preceding and immediately following the legal holiday shall not receive holiday pay.
Payment for time worked on a Statutory Holiday shall be as follows: Time Worked Rate of Pay (Times regular rate) Up to 9 1/2 hours 150% After 9 1/2 hours 200% Payment for a Statutory Holiday which falls on a Sunday will be paid 200% for all hours worked.
