Time Worked definition

Time Worked means time during which an employee is performing labor or services for the benefit of an employer, including all time s/he is suffered or permitted to work, whether or not required to do so.
Time Worked means any period during which a Temporary employee is performing work, on a continuous basis, or a non-continuous basis in accordance with the provisions of subsection 9.03 (a) within the same district. For any such period of time worked during a week or portion of a week, the employee shall be credited one calendar week of time worked. This definition shall not be construed as affecting any rights of an employee under the provisions of section 10.01 of this Agreement. Rehiring - Temporary Employees

Time Worked shall include paid assigned holidays, paid court appearances, paid sick leave, and paid industrial leave as provided for in these Articles.

Time Worked. Defined: The following provision constitutes the understanding of the Parties with respect to defining time worked for the purpose of determining the number of hours required for overtime compensation eligibility. “Time worked” for law enforcement employees and fire protection employees shall include all hours actually worked and all hours on approved paid leave status except unscheduled sick leave, bona fide meal periods, bona fide rest periods, bona fide commuting time and any time worked for which specific compensation provisions have been established elsewhere in the Agreement.
