Time Vested Options definition

Time Vested Options means New Management Options to which the vesting schedule set forth in Section 8(b)(i) hereof applies.
Time Vested Options means the Non-Statutory Stock Options granted hereunder which vest based on elapsed time as set forth in Section 3(a)(i) and Appendix B.
Time Vested Options. Subject to the Holder’s continuous employment with the Employer in good standing through the applicable vesting date, twenty percent (20%) of the Time-Vested Options shall vest upon the one (1) year anniversary of the Vesting Commencement Date, and the remainder of the Time-Vested Options shall vest in substantially equal monthly installments during the forty-eight (48) months thereafter (such that one and two thirds percent (1 2/3%) of the Time-Vested Options shall vest upon each subsequent monthly anniversary of the Vesting Commencement Date during such period). Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in the event that a Change in Control occurs, and the Holder experiences a Termination by the Employer (or its successor) without Cause subsequent to the consummation of such Change of Control but prior to the one year anniversary of such consummation, all unvested Time Vested Options shall vest in full upon such Termination.

Examples of Time Vested Options in a sentence

More Definitions of Time Vested Options

Time Vested Options shall have the meaning set forth in ss.4 hereof.
Time Vested Options. Generally comprised of 50% of the total options granted to a participant. Unless otherwise determined by the Committee on the date of grant, Time Vested Options will vest over a 4 year period, with 25% vesting on the first anniversary of the date of grant, and the remainder vesting ratably each month over the remaining 36-month period.

Related to Time Vested Options

  • Vested Options means the Options that have vested in accordance with Section 2.2 of this Agreement.

  • Unvested Option means an Option in respect of which the relevant Vesting Conditions have not been satisfied and as such, the Option Grantee has not become eligible to exercise the Option.

  • Vested Option means any Option, which has already been vested according to the Vesting Dates.

  • 3(i) Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 3(i) of the Ordinance to any person who is Non- Employee.

  • Vested Shares means "Vested Shares" as defined in the Award Agreement.

  • Vested Company Option means each Company Option outstanding as of immediately prior to the Effective Time that is vested as of immediately prior to the Effective Time or will vest solely as a result of the consummation of the Merger.

  • Unvested Company Option means any Company Option that is not a Vested Company Option.

  • Vested LTIP Units has the meaning provided in Section 4.4(d) hereof.

  • Rollover Options has the meaning provided in Subsection 3.1(h).

  • Unvested Units means those Units listed as unvested Units in the books and records of the Partnership, as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Company Stock Options means any option to purchase Company Common Stock pursuant to any Company Stock Plans.

  • Performance Option means an Incentive Stock Option or Nonqualified Stock Option, the grant of which or the exercisability of all or a portion of which is contingent upon the attainment of specified Performance Measures within a specified Performance Period.

  • Vesting Date has the meaning set forth in Section 3.10(c)(ii).

  • Incentive Share Option means an Option that is intended to meet the requirements of Section 422 of the Code or any successor provision thereto.

  • Vest means to become exercisable or to otherwise obtain ownership rights in an award.

  • Equity Awards means any stock options, restricted stock, restricted stock units, stock appreciation rights, phantom stock or other equity based awards granted by the Company to the Executive.

  • Top-Up Option has the meaning set forth in Section 1.04(a).

  • Employee Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 5.

  • Parent Options means options or other rights to purchase shares of Parent Common Stock issued by Parent.

  • Vesting Event means the earliest to occur of the following events:

  • Company Equity Awards means the Company Options and the Company RSUs.

  • Company Equity Award means a Company Stock Option or a Company Stock Award or a phantom stock award, as the case may be.
