Time Report definition

Time Report means a Government document used on an Incident to record a Crew’s On-Shift time on a daily basis. Time Reports may vary by Government and may include: Emergency Personnel Shift Ticket, #629-1-2-2-603 or Crew Time Report, SF-261.
Time Report means the Consultant’s report indicating the Services performed hereunder with a narrative description, names, function and time of Consultant Personnel engaged in performing the Services, signed by the Client. «Отчет о затраченном времени» означает подписанный Клиентом отчет Консультанта с указанием Услуг, предоставленных по настоящему Договору, в котором содержится описание выполненной работы, приводятся имена и должности членов Персонала Консультанта, задействованного в оказании Услуг, и указывается время, затраченное им на выполнение работы.

  • ESDM Report means the Emission Summary and Dispersion Modelling Report, dated June 12, 2009, prepared in accordance with the Procedure Document by Golder Associated Ltd. and submitted in support of the application, and includes any amendments to the ESDM Report listed in Schedule A and all up-dated ESDM Reports prepared as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate.

  • Borrowing Base Report means a Borrowing Base Report for the Borrower signed by an Authorized Signatory of the Borrower and in substantially the form of Exhibit D attached hereto.

  • Pick Up Report means the report detailing the number of sleeping rooms per day actually used out of the Program’s room block.

  • Compliance Report means, as applicable in relation to the test being conducted, a report containing the results of the Compliance Tests carried out by State Street.
