A worker may not work during a meal break. However, an employer may require a worker to perform duties during a meal break if those duties cannot be left unattended and cannot be performed by another worker. An employer must take reasonable steps to ensure that a worker is relieved of his or her duties during the meal break. A worker is not entitled to payment for the period of a meal break. However, a worker who is paid on the basis of time worked must be paid if the worker is required to work or to be available for work during the meal break. To the extent that the Bankruptcy Court or any higher court denies or reduces by a Final Order any amount of a Retained Professional’s fees or expenses, then those reduced or denied amounts shall no longer constitute Accrued Professional Compensation.

  • Original Benchmark Rate on any day means the 3-months Euro Interbank Offered Rate (expressed as a percentage rate per annum) fixed at, and appearing on, the Screen Page as of 11:00 a.m. (Brussels time) on such day.

  • Working level month (WLM) means an exposure to 1 working level for 170 hours (2,000 working hours per year divided by 12 months per year is approximately equal to 170 hours per month).

  • Prime Rate of Interest means that rate of interest designated as such by Fleet National Bank of Connecticut, N.A., or any successor thereto, as the same may from time to time fluctuate.

  • multiple-employer workplace means a workplace where workers of 2 or more employers are working at the same time:

  • Benchmark Rate means, with respect to any Redemption Date, the rate per annum equal to the annual equivalent yield to maturity or interpolated maturity of the Comparable Benchmark Issue (as defined below), assuming a price for the Comparable Benchmark Issue (expressed as a percentage of its principal amount) equal to the Comparable Benchmark Price for such Redemption Date.
