Time Option definition

Time Option means the right and option to purchase, on the terms and conditions set forth herein, all or any part of an aggregate of the number of shares of Common Stock set forth on the signature page hereof opposite the term Time Option.
Time Option means an Option with respect to which the commencement of exercisability is governed by Section 3.1(a) hereof.
Time Option means the right and option to acquire, on the terms and conditions set forth in Section 3.1(a)(i), 3.1(b)(i) and 3.1(c)(ii), all or any part of an aggregate of the number of shares of Common Stock, as shall be evidenced by entry in the Company’s shareholder register, set forth on the signature page of this Agreement.

Time Option means the right and option to purchase, on the terms and conditions set forth herein, all or any part of an aggregate of the number of shares of Common Stock set forth on the signature page hereof opposite the term Time Option, having a per share exercise price equal to the Base Price.

Time Option. De Colores Spanish Immersion Center provides care and instruction in three-different classrooms for three different groups. Full-time care is provided from 8 am to 6 pm, Monday-Friday, except on the days noted on the school calendar. Part-time care is available for the Infant and Toddler groups from 8 am to 6 pm, with a minimum of three-days a week, subject to availability and approval by the Director.
