Time of Exercise definition

Time of Exercise means the time that surrender of the Warrant Certificate, the Warrant Exercise Form (attached hereto as part of Schedule “A”) and payment of the Exercise Price is effected by a Warrantholder according to the provisions of Section 3.1 hereof;
Time of Exercise means the time that surrender of the Warrant Certificate, the Warrant Exercise Form (attached hereto as part of Schedule “A-1” and “A-2”) and payment of the Exercise Price is effected by a Warrantholder according to the provisions of Section 3.1 hereof;

Time of Exercise means, in respect of any Special Warrant, the time of exercise thereof in accordance herewith;

Related to Time of Exercise
