Time for Delivery definition

Time for Delivery where applicable, means the time named in the PCC.
Time for Delivery means the date and, where relevant, the time specified in the Purchase Order (or such other date or time as may be agreed in writing) by or on which delivery of the Goods and Services must be effected by the Supplier.

References to clauses and Schedules are to the clauses and Schedules of this agreement and references to paragraphs are to paragraphs of the relevant Schedule. If any provision in a definition is a substantive provision conferring rights or imposing obligations on any Party, notwithstanding that it appears only in this interpretation clause, effect shall be given to it as if it were a substantive provision of this Contract. Any word and expression defined in any clause shall, unless the application of the word or expression is specifically limited to the clause in question, bear the meaning ascribed to the word or expression throughout this Contract. Unless otherwise provided, any number of days prescribed shall be determined by excluding the first and including the last day or, where the last day falls on a day that is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day. In the event that the day for payment of any amount due in terms of this Contract should fall on a day which is not a Business Day, the relevant day for payment shall be the next Business Day.
