Time Factor definition

Time Factor means, as at any date, the number of months (or the fraction of a month calculated to three decimal places) that have lapsed since the Issue Date. The Time Factor shall be calculated on the basis of a 30-day month. For example, if 16 days have lapsed since the Issue Date, the Time Factor equals 16/30 or .533; and if three months and 20 days have lapsed since the Issue Date, the Time Factor equals 3 + 20/30 or 3.667.
Time Factor in the Examples means the portion of a financial period for which the guaranteed return at the applicable Guaranteed Rate of Return ("GR") or IGR is calculated and accrued.
Time Factor means (i) if the equity market capitalization of PGRT is less than $300,000,000 for more than 90 consecutive calendar days, the number of whole or partial twelve-month periods between the applicable date of determination of the Debt Service Security Amount and January 5, 2013; or (ii) in all other cases, five (5).

More Definitions of Time Factor

Time Factor means (i) if the Net Worth of PGRT is less than $100,000,000 for at least two (2) consecutive calendar quarters, the number of whole or partial twelve-month periods between the applicable date of determination of the Debt Service Security Amount and January 5, 2013; or (ii) in all other cases, the lesser of (x) the number of whole or partial twelve-month periods between the applicable date of determination of the Debt Service Security Amount and January 5, 2013 and (y) five (5).
Time Factor means, at any time, a fraction, (x) the numerator of which is 365 and (y) the denominator of which is the number of days that have elapsed during the current calendar year.
Time Factor shall be as follows for each of the following periods: (1) from the end of the Start-Up Period to the first anniversary thereof, 50%; (2) from the first anniversary of the end of the Start-Up Period to the second anniversary thereof, 60%; (3) from the second anniversary of the end of the Start-Up Period to the third anniversary thereof, 70%; (4) from the third anniversary of the end of the Start-Up Period to the fourth anniversary thereof, 80%; and (5) from and after the fourth anniversary of the end of the Start-Up Period, 90%.
