Timber Sale licence definition

Timber Sale licence means a defined area of timber subject to disposition provisions under the Forest Act within which timber harvesting activities are authorized by the timber sales manager.
Timber Sale licence means a timber sale licence that specifies an allowable annual cut of 10 000 m3 or less and has a term of more than 5 years;

Related to Timber Sale licence

  • Timber Sale Area means the area or areas designated as such on Exhibit A and located on the ground by reference to legal subdivisions, monuments, natural land features, improvements, or sale boundary signs. Down Timber is defined as timber that is down as of the date of this contract, as determined by STATE.
