Tier III definition

Tier III means the juvenile’s most serious committing offense fell into the DAI offense category of felony against persons and the felony offense is not punishable for twenty (20) or more years of confinement if the offense were committed by an adult.

More Definitions of Tier III

Tier III means that the Senior Unsecured Debt Rating of the Borrower is not at the Tier I or Tier II level, and is at least either (a) A- by S&P or (b) A3 by Moody’s.

Tier III. “PEPRA”): For employees first hired by the City on or after January 1, 2013, who are new members, the safety retirement formula shall be 2.7%@57 and the non-safety retirement formula shall be 2.0%@62, calculated on the basis of the highest consecutive 36 month period selected by the employee.

Tier III means engineering and technical support by XPLORE or WISTRON to isolate a Problem/Error and implement a mutually approved solution, including, but not limited to, a Product design change. Escalation of unresolved issues from Tier III is described in Section 4.
