Tier C definition

Tier C means gaming operations with annual gross gaming revenues of more than $15,000,000.00 (million).
Tier C shall consist of the following benefits: Formula 2.5% @ 67 (Gov.   • Rate Tier C: Applies to barrels shipped in excess of 60,000 but equal to or less than 70,000 BPD by any one shipper in a calendar month.

Tier C means, in respect of a Collateral Debt Obligation, that the obligor thereunder is incorporated or has its principal place of business in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Norway or Spain.

  • Tier 2 means the portion of the design- related information contained in the generic DCD that is approved but not certified by this appendix (Tier 2 information). Compli- ance with Tier 2 is required, but generic changes to and plant-specific departures from Tier 2 are governed by Section VIII of this appendix. Compliance with Tier 2 pro- vides a sufficient, but not the only accept- able, method for complying with Tier 1. Compliance methods differing from Tier 2 must satisfy the change process in Section VIII of this appendix. Regardless of these dif- ferences, an applicant or licensee must meet the requirement in Section III.B of this ap- pendix to reference Tier 2 when referencing Tier 1. Tier 2 information includes:

  • Tier 3 Wire Centers are those Embarq Wire Centers that are not Tier 1 or Tier 2 Wire Centers.

  • Tier 1 means the portion of the design-related information contained in the generic DCD that is approved and certified by this appendix (Tier 1 information). The design descriptions, interface requirements, and site parameters are derived from Tier 2 information. Tier 1 information includes:

  • Tier 1 Help Desk means Customer's point of contact(s) to provide all Tier 1 Support within Customer's organization(s).

  • Tier 1 Support means the Technical Support provided by the Tier 1 Help Desk.

  • Tier 2 Support means the Esri Technical Support provided to the Tier 1 Help Desk when a Case cannot be resolved through Tier 1 Support.

  • Tier 2 Capital has the meaning given to the term “Tier 2 capital” in 12 C.F.R. Part 217, as amended, modified and supplemented and in effect from time to time or any replacement thereof.

  • mandatory control level RBC ’ means the product of .70 and the authorized control level RBC.

  • Digital Signal Level 1 (DS-1 means the 1.544 Mbps first level signal in the time division multiplex hierarchy.

  • Mean Sea Level means the average height of the sea for all stages of the tide. It is used as a reference for establishing various elevations within the floodplain. For the purposes of this Ordinance, the term is synonymous with the National Geodetic Vertical Datum (NGVD) of 1929, the North American Vertical Datum (NAVD) of 1988, or other datum, to which Base Flood Elevations shown on a community's Flood Insurance Rate Map are referenced.

  • Digital Signal Level 3 (DS-3 means the 44.736 Mbps third level signal in the time division multiplex hierarchy.

  • eligible Categories means Categories (1), (2) and (3) set forth in the table in paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 to this Agreement;

  • authorized control level RBC means the number determined under the risk-based capital formula in accordance with the RBC instructions;

  • Tier 1 Capital means Tier 1 capital for the purposes of the Capital Regulations.

  • Digital Signal Level 0 (DS-0 means the lowest-level signal in the time division multiplex digital hierarchy, and represents a voice-grade channel operating at either the 56 Kbps or 64 Kbps transmission bit rates. There are twenty-four (24) DS-0 channels in a DS-1.

  • Digital Signal Level 0 or "DS0" means the 64 Kbps zero-level signal in the time-division multiplex hierarchy.

  • eligible Category means Category (1) set forth in the table in paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 to this Agreement;

  • Category B means that the base prospectus shall include all the general principles related to the information required, and only the details which are unknown at the time of the approval of the base prospectus can be left in blank for later insertion in the final terms;

  • Tier 2 Capital Event means the receipt by the Company of an opinion of independent bank regulatory counsel experienced in such matters to the effect that, as a result of (i) any amendment to, or change (including any announced prospective change) in, the laws or any regulations thereunder of the United States or any rules, guidelines or policies of an applicable regulatory authority for the Company or (ii) any official administrative pronouncement or judicial decision interpreting or applying such laws or regulations, which amendment or change is effective or which pronouncement or decision is announced on or after the date of original issuance of the Securities, the Notes do not constitute, or within 90 days of the date of such opinion will not constitute, Tier 2 Capital (or its then equivalent if the Company were subject to such capital requirement) for purposes of capital adequacy guidelines of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (or any successor regulatory authority with jurisdiction over bank holding companies), as then in effect and applicable to the Company.

  • Trigger Level means with respect to an Index, the level specified as such in Annex 1 with respect to such Index

  • Tier means a group of Channels for which a single periodic subscription fee is charged.

  • Working level month (WLM) means an exposure to 1 working level for 170 hours (2,000 working hours per year divided by 12 months per year is approximately equal to 170 hours per month).

  • Minimum Level (ML means the concentration at which the entire analytical system must give a recognizable signal and an acceptable calibration point. The ML is the concentration in a sample that is equivalent to the concentration of the lowest calibration standard analyzed by a specific analytical procedure, assuming that all the method-specified sample weights, volumes and processing steps have been followed.

  • Digital Signal Level 1 or "DS1" means the 1.544 Mbps first-level signal in the time-division multiplex hierarchy. In the time-division multiplexing hierarchy of the telephone network, DS1 is the initial level of multiplexing.
