Tier 2 Wire Centers definition

Tier 2 Wire Centers means those CenturyLink Wire Centers that are not Tier 1 Wire Centers, but contain at least three (3) Fiber-based Collocators, at least twenty-four thousand (24,000) Business Lines, or both. Once a Wire Center is determined to be a Tier 2 Wire Center, that Wire Center is not subject to later reclassification as a Tier 3 Wire Center.
Tier 2 Wire Centers means those Qwest Wire Centers that are not Tier 1 Wire Centers, but contain at least 3 Fiber-based Collocators, at least 24,000 Business Lines, or both. Once a Wire Center is determined to be a Tier 2 Wire Center, that Wire Center is not subject to later reclassification as a Tier 3 Wire Center.

  • Tier 2 Wire Centers: Those CenturyLink Wire Centers that are not Tier 1 Wire Centers but contain at least three (3) Fiber-based Collocators, at least 24,000 Business Lines, or both.

Tier 1 Wire Centers also are those CenturyLink tandem switching locations that have no line-side switching facilities, but nevertheless serve as a point of traffic aggregation accessible by CLEC. Once a Wire Center is determined to be a Tier 1 Wire Center, that Wire Center is not subject to later reclassification as a Tier 2 or Tier 3 Wire Center.

  • Tier 3 Wire Centers means those Qwest Wire Centers that do not meet the criteria for Tier 1 or Tier 2 Wire Centers.

  • Wire Center means the location of one (1) or more local switching systems. It is also a point at which End User’s loops within a defined geographic area converge. Such local loops may be served by one (1) or more Central Office Switches within such premises.

  • Serving Wire Center (SWC) means a Wire Center that serves the area in which the other Party’s or a third party’s Wire Center, aggregation point, point of termination, or point of presence is located.

  • URGENT CARE CENTER means a healthcare center either affiliated with a hospital or other institution or independently owned and operated. These centers may also be referred to as walk-in centers.

  • Community mental health center or "CMHC" means a facility offering a comprehensive array of community-based mental health services, including but not limited to, inpatient treatment, outpatient treatment, partial hospitalization, emergency care, consultation and education; and, certain services at the option of the center, including, but not limited to, prescreening, rehabilitation services, pre-care and aftercare, training programs, and research and evaluation.

  • Adult day care center means any facility that is either operated for profit or that desires licensure

  • Primary highway means any highway, other than an inter- state highway, at any time officially designated as a part of the fed- eral−aid primary system by the department and approved by the appropriate authority of the federal government.

  • Fire Chief means the chief of the Fire Department.

  • Day care center means any child day care facility other than a family day care home, and includes infant centers, preschools, extended day care facilities and school age child care centers.

  • Child care center means an entity that regularly provides child day care and early learning services for a group of children for periods of less than twenty-four hours licensed by the Washington state department of early learning under chapter 170-295 WAC.

  • Data Center(s) means the site or sites at which the Software will be hosted to provide the Authorized Services to Customers. Such site or sites shall at all times be owned or controlled by the Provider.

  • Tier 3 Wire Centers are those Embarq Wire Centers that are not Tier 1 or Tier 2 Wire Centers.

  • Child day care center and "center" means any place in which child day care is provided for thirteen or more children at one time or any place that is not the permanent residence of the licensee or administrator in which child day care is provided for seven to twelve children at one time. In counting children for the purposes of this definition, any children under six years of age who are related to a licensee, administrator or employee and who are on the premises of the center shall be counted.

  • Community support services means services authorized,

  • Tier 1 Help Desk means Customer's point of contact(s) to provide all Tier 1 Support within Customer's organization(s).
