Throughput Fees definition

Throughput Fees has the meaning set forth in Section 2(b)(ii).

Throughput Fees means the Duncan Service Fee, the Products Throughput Fee, and the Crude Oil Throughput Fee.

Examples of Throughput Fees in a sentence

  • Payment of any Throughput Fees or Shortfall Payment pursuant to this Section 2 shall be made by wire transfer of immediately available funds to an account designated in writing by the Logistics Entity.

  • The Client shall pay all undisputed fees and expenses related to services and products received prior to the effective date of termination.

  • No later than the 15th day of each Month after the Commencement Date, Carrier shall deliver to Shipper a statement for transportation services provided in the preceding Month setting forth (i) the volumes of Shipper’s Crude Oil (in Barrels) received at the Origin Point in that preceding Month, (ii) the Throughput Fees for that preceding Month, (iii) any adjustments for prior periods, and (iv) all other amounts due by Shipper hereunder, including any Deficiency Payments.

  • The Parties agree that the Throughput Fees, the Annual Volume Commitment, and the other provisions contained herein are essential to support the respective commitments of the Parties as described in this Agreement.

  • Xxxx shall have no liability or obligation for, (1) meeting any Minimum Throughput Commitment under Section 2(b), (2) any Shortfall Payments under Section 2(e), (3) any amounts payable under Section 2(h) (other than Throughput Fees for Actual Throughput of X.

  • However, costs incurred by Logistics for replacement of loading systems or software or other upgrades made at the request of Lion shall be recoverable from Lion either as a lump sum payment or through an increase in Throughput Fees.
