Threshold Languages definition

Threshold Languages means those languages as determined by CalOptima from time to time based upon State requirements per Medi-Cal Managed Care Division (MMCD) Policy Letter 99-03, or any update or revision thereof.
Threshold Languages. As specified in annual guidance to Contractors on specific translation requirements for their service areas.

  • Native language means, if used in reference to an individual of limited English proficiency, the following:

  • Technical Specifications means the detailed requirements for the Work furnished by the Architect and set forth in Book 3 of the Contract Documents.

  • Approved laboratory means a laboratory that is listed in the national conference of interstate milk shipments list of sanitation compliance and enforcement ratings distributed by the United States food and drug administration and as approved by the director.

  • Approved clinical trial means a phase I, phase II, phase III, or phase IV clinical trial that is conducted in relation to the prevention, detection, or treatment of cancer or other life-threatening disease or Condition and is described in any of the following:

  • Manufacturing Facilities means facilities engaged in the mechanical or chemical transformation of materials or substances into new products and shall include:

  • Protocol means, in respect of any category of object and associated rights to which this Convention applies, the Protocol in respect of that category of object and associated rights;

  • Standard Specifications means a compilation in book form of specifica- tions approved for general application and repetitive use;

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order:

  • cGMP means current Good Manufacturing Practice as set forth in the United States Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, as amended, and includes all rules and regulations promulgated by the FDA thereunder.

  • Specifications means the Specifications of the Works included in the Contract and any modification or addition made or approved by the Project Manager.
