Three way. Agreements: For purchases in excess of $25,000.00, the Contractor must agree to be a party to a written agreement between the Eligible Entity, the Contractor, and the Software Publisher containing negotiated terms relating to the software and/or services as described in XXX XXX00, Section 3.2.11.1. The Purchase Order Form attached hereto as Attachment G may be signed by both the Software Publisher and the Contractor in satisfaction of this requirement.
Three way means Three Way Logistics, Inc., its employees, directors, officers, shareholders, agents, representatives, assigns, affiliated companies, related entities, including, but not limited to, any subcontractors Three Way hires to fulfill any of the obligations it owes under its contracts with the customer.

  • Solid Waste Disposal Site means, as defined in NCGS 130A-290(a)(36), any place at which solid wastes are disposed of by incineration, sanitary landfill, or any other method.
