Threat Assessment means an evaluation of the danger to a prospective participant based on, but not limited to, information on -

Threat Assessment. The District should immediately conduct a threat assessment review of the student’s threat to the teacher. The teacher should be given the opportunity to be interviewed and have input on their threat assessment. If the threat assessment recommendation from the outcome of the investigation is that the student should remain in the teacher’s classroom or building, the District shall work with the teacher and Association to develop a safety, intervention or restorative plan for the teacher.
