This Declaration definition

This Declaration means all of the easements, covenants, restrictions and charges set forth in this instrument, together with any rules or regulations promulgated hereunder, as the same may be amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the provisions hereof.
This Declaration means this Second Amended and Restated Declaration of Trust, as amended, restated or modified from time to time. References in this Declaration to "herein" and "hereunder" shall be deemed to refer to this Declaration and shall not be limited to the particular text, article or section in which such words appear.
This Declaration means all of the easements, covenants, restrictions and charges set forth herein, as the same may be amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the provisions hereof.
