This Bond Resolution definition

This Bond Resolution means this instrument as originally adopted and as it may be supplemented, modified or amended from time to time by any Supplemental Resolution, unless in the case of any one or more Supplemental Resolutions the context requires otherwise.
This Bond Resolution means this instrument as originally adopted and as it may be supplemented, modified or amended from time to time by the Certificate of an Authorized Officer of the Authority referred to in Section 2.02(1)(e) hereof or by any Supplemental Resolution, unless in the case of any one or more Supplemental Resolutions the context requires otherwise.

Related to This Bond Resolution

  • Bond Resolution means the resolution to be adopted by the Governing Body prescribing the terms and details of the Bonds and making covenants with respect thereto.

  • Master Resolution means the Amended and Restated Master Resolution Establishing The University of Texas System Revenue Financing System adopted by the Board on February 14, 1991, as amended on October 8, 1993, and August 14, 1997.

  • Board Resolution means a copy of a resolution certified by the Secretary or an Assistant Secretary of the Company to have been duly adopted by the Board of Directors and to be in full force and effect on the date of such certification, and delivered to the Trustee.

  • Special Resolution means a resolution passed by a majority of not less than two-thirds (2/3) of the votes cast on that resolution.

  • Bond Indenture means the Indenture of Trust, dated as of , 2022, by and between the I-Bank and the Trustee (as defined in the Loan Agreement), with respect to the I- Bank’s Environmental Infrastructure Bonds, Series 2022A-2 (Green Bonds).

  • Indenture means this Indenture, as amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • Supplemental Indenture is hereby deleted in its entirety.
