Third Quarter definition

Third Quarter means the nine months from April 1 to December 31.
Third Quarter means, with respect to any fiscal year of the Borrower, the thirteen (13) week period ending on the Sunday closest to September 30 of such fiscal year.
Third Quarter means, in respect of any year, the months of July, August and September;

Third Quarter means July, August and September.
