Third Phase definition

Third Phase means the third phase of the Basic Exploration Stage described in Article 2.1(a) of this Agreement.
Third Phase means the phase of the QCS from the beginning of year four (4) to the end of year ten (10) of the QCS;
Third Phase means the third stage of a NCPA Project pursuant to an agreement (“Third Phase Agreement”) between one or more of the Members and NCPA to participate in the financing, construction, operation, and/or rights to the capacity, energy and/or other attributes of a NCPA Project.

Examples of Third Phase in a sentence

  • Since the highest applicable percentage ratio in respect of the Disposals exceeds 25% but less than 75%, the entering into of the Third Phase Disposals constitutes a major transaction for GCL-Poly and it shall comply with the reporting, announcement, circular and shareholders’ approval requirements under Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules.

  • Third Phase Agreements shall obligate Project Participants to treat all Project Costs as operation and maintenance expenses of their respective Electric Systems, and shall pledge the Project Participant’s obligation to raise electric rates and/or increase Revenues upon demand of NCPA so as to pay such Project Costs.

  • The “Second Phase” of a NCPA Project consists of all work performed after one or more NCPA Members has signed a Second Phase Agreement with NCPA for Project surveys, preliminary investigations, study, design, or development, but before a Third Phase Agreement for the NCPA Project becomes effective.

  • Member Participants may elect to finance and participate in the Second Phase, Third Phase, or operation of a NCPA Project through execution of a Project Agreement.

  • The Common Amenities and Facilities mentioned in Part-II of Schedule E shall be for use and enjoyment of the Allottees of the Project until Second Phase and Third Phase are respectively launched.

  • Unless otherwise agreed, any Third Phase Agreement shall provide for retirement of any preliminary financing and reimbursement of any expenditure of Project Participants in the Second Phase of such NCPA Project, out of final long-term financing of the NCPA Project or other funding method, including but not limited to cash payment.


More Definitions of Third Phase

Third Phase means the development, design and construction of an expansion to the Gaming Facility sized to accommodate 1,001 or more Gaming devices.

It will be bidder responsibility to obtain all required permit(s)/permission(s)/clearances; for starting/undertaking the project work at Narela Bawana Site [including infrastructure work]. The First and Second Phase is given for procuring equipment, vehicles, recruiting & training manpower, installing related infrastructure for all activities, preparing micro plan for the operations of collection, transfer and transportation of municipal solid waste, setting up processing units (composting & RDF) and Land fill sites and commissioning of the equipment, vehicles, and taking trial runs; and planning and organizing public awareness drive in project areas.
Third Phase means the specific arrangements between the Employer/s and the Contractor relating to the financing, construction and management of an Energy Vault and/ in due course a Water Vault/s and/or ICT System, which in the case of the First and Second Parties to this PPP Agreement has been encapsulated in the attached Feasibility Study and Financial Model and in the case of Future Parties as Participating Municipalities shall be completed as part of the process of implementation of the relevant Energy Vault/s, and in due course Water Vault/s and/or ICT Systems, as Project/s;
Third Phase means that portion of the Premises known as Suite 800, located on the eighth (8th) floor of the Building and outlined on the floor plan(s) attached to this Lease as Exhibit "B", which Third Phase shall consist of 15,393 square feet of Rentable Area.

Related to Third Phase

  • Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.

  • Design Phase means the period during which the Transporter shall prepare a draft project proposal for publication in accordance with section 4.3;

  • Phase 1 means the first implementation phase of this section, beginning June 1, 2018 and ending May 31, 2022.

  • Phase 3 means the period commencing on the day after the Phase 2 implementation date and ending on the Phase 3 implementation date (as defined below).

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • Phase or “Phases” in respect of the Project shall mean that the components of the Project are placed in service during more than one year during the Investment Period, and the word “Phase” shall therefore refer to the applicable portion of the Project placed in service in a given year during the Investment Period.

  • Phase III means Phase I (or Phase I/II), Phase II (or Phase II/III) and Phase III clinical trials, respectively, in each case as prescribed by applicable FDA IND Regulations, or any corresponding foreign statutes, rules or regulations.

  • Phase 2 means the second implementation phase of this section, beginning June 1, 2022 and continuing thereafter.

  • Study Completion means the database for the Study has been locked and all Essential Documents have been provided to the Sponsor, including a copy of the letter from the Reviewing HREC acknowledging receipt of the final report and/or closure letter from the Principal Investigator.

  • Construction Phase means that Phase of the Project which shall commence after the Authority provides the Trade Contractor with written Notice to Proceed with the Construction Phase.

  • Design-build team means an entity that consists of:

  • Phase II means the second part of the tuition incentive assistance program which provides assistance in the third and fourth year of 4-year degree programs.

  • site development plan means a dimensioned plan drawn to scale that indicates details of the proposed land development, including the site layout, positioning of buildings and structures, property access, building designs and landscaping;

  • Commencement of Development means the date on which any material operation (as defined in Section 56(4) of the Act) forming part of the Development is begun other than (for the purposes of this Deed and for no other purpose) operations consisting of site clearance, demolition work, archaeological investigations for the purpose of assessing ground conditions, remedial work in respect of any contamination or other adverse ground conditions, diversion and laying out of services, erection of any temporary display of site notices or advertisements and “Commence Development” shall be construed accordingly

  • Commencement of Commercial Production means the first occurrence of Commercial Production in an Area.

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • Research Use shall have the meaning given in Section 2.2.2 of this Agreement.

  • Maintenance Term means the period of time for which Customer has purchased Maintenance Services, as evidenced by the Purchase Order delivered by Customer in connection therewith, together with all renewals effected in accordance with Section 4 of this Agreement.

  • Research facility means buildings and structures, including machinery and equipment, used or to be used primarily for research or experimentation to improve or develop new tangible goods or materials or to improve or develop the production processes thereto.

  • Pre-Construction Phase Services means the participation, documentation and execution of Contractor’s Pre-Construction Phase deliverables as required by this Agreement and further defined in Article 5.

  • Tests after Completion means the tests (if any) which are specified in the Contract and which are carried out in accordance with the Specification after the Works or a Section (as the case may be) are taken over by the Procuring Entity.

  • Development Term means the period commencing on the Closing Date and ending on the earlier of (a) the Option Closing Date or (b) the date the Option terminates or expires other than by exercise.

  • Stage 1 means the area at Port Xxxxxxx which is the subject of this Agreement and of the ERMP and which is shown bordered in purple as “stage 1” on Department of Land Administration 4 Miscellaneous Plan No. 1743;

  • Maintenance and Support Services means the services provided by Contractor under Appendix F.

  • Study Site means the location(s) under the control of the Institution where the Study is actually conducted as set out in Schedule 1.

  • Research Project means a discrete scientific endeavor to answer a research question or a set of research questions related to medical marijuana and is required for a medical marijuana research license.
